Appointments & Booking

All treatments are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked in advance via message or through my website. Please ensure all information provided is accurate to allow safe and appropriate treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at 100% of the treatment fee. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for you and to allow appointments to be offered to other clients.

If you need to reschedule, I will always do my best to accommodate where possible.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment to avoid impacting the next client.

Health & Medical Information

A consultation will be carried out prior to your first treatment. It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances at each visit. Treatments may be adapted or postponed where necessary to ensure your safety.

Reflexology & Medical Care

Reflexology is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have any concerns about your health, you should consult your GP or healthcare provider.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking through the booking page.

Confidentiality

All personal and medical information is treated as strictly confidential and stored securely in accordance with data protection guidelines.

Right to Refuse Treatment

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed not in your best interest, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Respectful Environment

I aim to provide a calm, safe, and professional space. Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
